Gary Charles Haack of San Antonio, Texas, a stockbroker formerly registered with WFG Investments, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, which settled on June 17, 2016, for $70,000.00 in damages based on allegations of unsuitability concerning private placement offerings effected in the customer’s account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that on July 17, 2009, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Haack’s conduct, in which the customer requested $85,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Haack effected limited partnership transactions in the customer’s account that were not suitable.
Since June 2, 2016, he has been registered with Corecap Investments, Inc.
