Shane Gavin Springman of Portage Michigan a stockbroker employed by Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC has been discharged by the firm on March 6, 2018 based upon allegations that Springman violated the firm’s policies by borrowing funds from two of the firm’s customers.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on January 18, 2018, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Springman’s conduct was settled for $43,196.00 in damages supported by accusations that between July 14, 2014 and December 7, 2017, Springman borrowed funds from a customer and failed to repay the customer according to the lending arrangement.
