Tyson William Allred, of Portland, Oregon, a stockbroker formerly registered with U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on September 5, 2023, in which the customer requested $998,131.88 in damages based upon allegations that Allred made specific assurances that the investment chosen for the customer involved protected principal and a fixed return when Allred was associated with U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.  No clue is offered as to the type investment involved other than it may have been a Unit Investment Trust.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Allred is referenced in four other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Allred’s conduct while he was associated with U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. all these complaints or claims were denied.

On December 14, 2004, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Allred’s conduct in which the customer requested $27,587.35 in damages based upon allegations that Allred did not adequately explain how a variable annuity worked. This complaint was denied.

On April 29, 2009, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Allred’s conduct in which the customer requested $9,840.81 in damages based upon allegations that Allred made unsuitable recommendations in variable annuities. The securities broker dealer denied this complaint.

Allred was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on March 5, 2015, in which the customer requested $20,000 in damages based upon allegations that Allred engaged in unsuitable trading and misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of mutual funds and unit investment trusts. The complaint was denied.

Also, on June 5, 2023, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Allred’s conduct, in which the customer requested $42,409.21 in damages based upon allegations that Allred misled her about the investments made on her behalf. The securities broker dealer denied this complaint.

Allred has been registered with LPL Financial LLC as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative in Portland, Oregon, since January 17, 2023. Before becoming associated with LPL Financial LLC, Allred was associated with U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., also in Portland, Oregon, from April 27, 2005, to November 7, 2022.
