Travis E. Hudson, of Columbia, South Carolina, a stockbroker registered with Pruco Securities LLC., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that Hudson breached his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of insurance products during the time that Hudson was associated with Pruco Securities LLC. Civil Action No. 2023-CP-13 (March 27, 2023).

This is not the first time that Hudson has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Hudson’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Hudson was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on May 9, 2012, in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that Hudson did not disclose all the facts regarding guarantees and risks of Advantage Command when Hudson was associated with Pruco Securities LLC.

On May 28, 2014, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Hudson’s conduct in which the customer requested $65,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hudson failed to disclose tax consequences in connection with the sale of variable annuities during the time that Hudson was associated with Pruco Securities LLC.

Hudson was associated with Pruco Securities LLC in Columbia, South Carolina from October 6, 2004, to present. He has been associated with Prudential Financial Planning Services in Columbia, South Carolina since October 11, 2005.
