Tyler Simpson Camp of Hoover, Alabama, a stockbroker registered with MML Investors Services LLC, has been permitted to resign on December 11, 2023, because of a customer complaint alleging that Camp engaged in sales practice violations.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally shows that on February 6, 2024, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Camp’s conduct was settled for $20,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Camp made misrepresentations in connection with the sale of a variable annuity. The customer allegedly would not have agreed to the investment if adequate disclosures were made by Camp when was associated with MML Investors Services LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02452.

Camp was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $450,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Camp charged a financial planning fee but never met with the customers. The customer alleged she lost value in her investment account. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02489 (March 27, 2024).  The customer had initally sought $5,000,000 in damages.

Camp has been associated with OneAmerica Securities Inc. in Hoover, Alabama as a stockbroker since December 14, 2023, and as an investment advisor representative since February 13, 2024. Camp was associated with MML Investors Services LLC in Hoover, Alabama from February 5, 2019, to December 20, 2023.
