Tina Michele Bryant (also known as Tina Bryant Cooper and as Tina Rowland Bryant) of Greenville, South Carolina, a stockbroker currently registered with Truist Investment Services Inc., is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 5, 2021, in which the customer requested $21,330.03 in damages because Bryant allegedly failed to follow the customer’s “instructions” of liquidating investments in the customer’s Truist Investment Services Account.
It is undisclosed whether the customer was merely thinking about selling, or just wanted to sell, or when they found out, after the investments went down, days, months or years later, that the broker did not sell.
Bryant has been identified in three more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning her conduct while registered with securities broker dealers, including Wells Fargo Advisors and Wachovia Advisors. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Bryant’s activities where the customer sought $5,268.59 in damages based upon accusations that Bryant made omissions regarding surrender fees in connection with the sale of Prudential fixed annuities while she was associated with Wachovia Securities.
Another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Bryant’s conduct in which the customer requested $50,084.14 in damages because Bryant allegedly omitted information relating to a customer’s variable annuity purchase when Bryant was registered with Wells Fargo Advisors.
Bryant is identified in a written complaint on May 1, 2017, where the customer sought compensatory damages based upon allegations that Bryant provided false information to the customer about annuity fees.
Bryant has been registered with Truist Investment Services as a stockbroker since June 18, 2012, and Truist Advisory Services as an investment adviser representative since August 30, 2016.
