Timothy Brian Kenyon of Somerville New Jersey a stockbroker currently registered with Triad Advisors LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 30, 2019 where the customer requested $70,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that the customer was placed into an investment strategy which failed to be suitable for the customer and (2) equity losses resulted from transactions effected by Kenyon in the customer’s account when the stockbroker was associated with Triad Advisors.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Kenyon is referenced in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes which pertain to accusations of his misconduct while employed with GWN Securities and Lincoln Investment Planning Inc. Specifically, Kenyon is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer sought damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 based upon allegations that during the time that Kenyon was employed by Lincoln Investment Planning, there were omissions concerning the fees of liquidating an account to fund mutual fund purchases.

Also, on November 15, 2016, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Kenyon’s activities was settled for $8,835.77 in damages supported by accusations that unauthorized trades were effected in the customer’s account during the period in which Kenyon was associated with GWN Securities Inc.

Kenyon’s registration with GWN Securities Inc. has been terminated as of August 16, 2017. He became employed by Triad Advisors LLC on August 16, 2017.
