Andre Kapulenui Kaluna of Avondale Arizona a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC has been terminated from the securities broker dealer on February 8, 2019 based upon accusations that Kaluna engaged in outside business activities which had not been disclosed to LPL Financial LLC.

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Kaluna is referenced in three customer initiated investment related disputes which pertain to allegations of his misconduct while employed with Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney Inc. Specifically, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Kaluna’s behavior where the customer sought unspecified damages supported by accusations that the customer was placed into an unsuitable investment when Kaluna was associated with Salomon Smith Barney Inc.

Kaluna is the subject of another customer initiated investment related complaint in which the customer requested $51,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that when Kaluna was employed by Morgan Stanley DW Inc., he provided a customer with bad investment advice concerning the mutual funds placed in the customer’s account. Also, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Kaluna’s activities was resolved for $100,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that Kaluna disregarded investment instructions relating to exchange traded fund liquidations from the customer’s investment account.

Kaluna has been employed by Pruco Securities LLC since February 26, 2019.
