Teddy R. Ezzell III, of Fort Collins, Colorado, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, is the subject of two customer initiated investment related disputes.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that on April 8, 2024, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim about Ezzell was filed, where the customer sought damages. The allegations included breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitable recommendations, misrepresentation, and failure to supervise, involving a non-traded REIT.

On May 30, 2024, the matter was resolved through a settlement in which LPL Financial paid $35,000.00 to the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00750. Ezzell denied all allegations of wrongdoing, stating that all recommendations were consistent with the customer’s investment objectives and risk tolerance.

On February 8, 2024, another customer initiated investment related complaint was filed, alleging unsuitable recommendations in real estate securities. The case was closed on April 3, 2024, with no further action taken by the customer. Ezzell denied the allegations, claiming that all recommendations were suitable.

Ezzell has been associated with LPL Financial LLC as a stockbroker since December 15, 2014, and Western Wealth Management LLC as an investment advisor representative since June 22, 2016.
