Archer, of Arden Arcade, California, a stockbroker currently registered with Summit Brokerage Services, Inc., has been named in a pending customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on June 21, 2016, in which the customer requested $200,000.00 in damages based upon allegations against Archer of making unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer, and effecting excessive trades in bond funds, real estate investment trusts, and stock.
