Ratcliff, of Denton, Texas, a stockbroker currently registered with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc., has been named in a pending customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on January 8, 2016, in which several customers have collectively requested $75,000.00 in damages based upon allegations against Ratcliff of breaching his fiduciary and contractual obligations, making misrepresentations regarding investments, committing fraud, effecting unauthorized trades, and making unsuitable investment recommendations.
