Joseph Kelly, of New York, New York, a stockbroker currently registered with Spartan Capital Securiites, LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on April 4, 2016, in which the customer requested $450,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Kelly made misrepresentations to the customer concerning equity investments, and excessively traded in the customer’s account, causing the customer to sustain investment losses.
Since February 12, 2013, Kelly has been associated with ten different broker dealers, seven of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct. #cockroach
