Hector Anthony May of New City New York a stockbroker formerly registered with Securities America Inc. has been terminated on March 9, 2018 based upon allegations that May misappropriated assets belonging to one of the firm’s customers.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure further confirms that on March 8, 2018, May became subject of a criminal investigation by the United States Department of Justice where May is being examined for having potentially engaged in felonious activities.
FINRA Public Disclosure further confirms that on March 20, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint pertaining to May’s activities in which the customer sought $50,000.00 in damages founded on accusations of misappropriation of the customer’s funds.
