Ryan David Meeks of Bozeman, Montana, a stockbroker registered with D.A. Davidson Co., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $1,000,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Meeks provided wrong tax advice to the customer when Meeks was associated with D.A. Davidson Co. FINRA Arbitration No. 22-00024 (March 27, 2023).

Davidson Co. This complaint was closed without a resolution.

Meeks has been associated with D.A. Davidson Co. as a stockbroker since December 7, 2012, and as an investment advisor representative since January 18, 2013.
