Bill Alfons Holubec, of San Angelo, Texas, a stockbroker formerly registered with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, in which the customer requested $500,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that Holubec effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s account and made misrepresentations to the customer concerning non-traditional exchange traded funds and sub-investment grade debt products.
