Robert Anthony Westropp Jr, of Chicago, Illinois, a stockbroker registered with Sanford C. Bernstein Co. LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $110,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Westropp made unsuitable recommendations of alternative investments when Westropp was associated with Sanford C. Bernstein Co. LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-00027 (November 23, 2021).

This is not the first time that Westropp has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Westropp’s conduct in the securities industry. Bernstein Co. LLC. This complaint was closed without a resolution.

Westropp Jr has been associated with Sanford C. Bernstein Co. LLC as a stockbroker since December 7, 2000, and associated with AllianceBernstein L.P. as an investment advisor representative since October 5, 2000.
