Robert James McKee (also known as Bob McKee), of Michigan City, Indiana, a stockbroker registered with Sagepoint Financial Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $20,000.00 in damages based upon the alleged unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities during the period that McKee was associated with Sagepoint Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00837 (April 18, 2024).
This is not the first time that McKee has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning McKee’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that McKee is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on March 18, 2024, in which the customer requested damages based upon alleged unsuitable investment recommendations of real estate securities during the time that McKee was associated with Sagepoint Financial Inc.
McKee has been associated with LPL Financial LLC in Michigan City, Indiana, and Saint Joseph, Michigan, since July 30, 2019, as both a stockbroker and investment advisor representative.
McKee was associated with Sagepoint Financial Inc. in Michigan City, Indiana, from August 24, 2012, to August 1, 2019.
