Robert Joseph Calamunci Sr. of Bronx New York a stockbroker currently registered with Wynston Hill Capital LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested $314,852.00 in damages based upon accusations of the failure of Wynston Hill Capital LLC to supervise options and equities in the customer’s account. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-02155 (Aug. 29, 2019).

According to the claim, unauthorized trades were executed in the customer’s account. The customer’s account had allegedly been over concentrated in options and equities in an unsuitable manner. The claim also alleges that the customer had been defrauded.

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Calamunci has been sanctioned three times by securities regulators. In one of those regulatory actions, he was suspended by National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) based on findings of him making Unsuitable investment recommendations to E Street Access customers and placing those customers in Class B mutual fund shares which caused them to pay unnecessary sales charges, 12b-1 fees and be unable to take advantage of breakpoint discounts. Calamunci violated NASD Conduct Rules 2310 and 2110.

Calamunci has been registered with Wynston Hill Capital since August 5, 2020. He is also currently registered with Wilmington Capital Securities, Emerging Manager Advisors LLC, Xnergy Financial LLC, Creative Investor Services Inc., Sequoia Investments Inc. and Opes Bespoke Securities LLC.
