Another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Armstrong’s conduct was resolved for $62,500.00 in damages supported by allegations of misrepresentation as it relates to the direct investments held by the customer because of Armstrong and Dawson James Securities. Armstrong is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was settled for $96,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of promissory statements, misrepresentations, and unsuitable recommendations concerning the customer’s investments through Armstrong and Dawson James Securities.
