investment fraud

Richard Chester Zientarski (also known as Rick Zientarski), of Punta Gorda, Florida, a stockbroker registered with Planmember Securities Corporation, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on March 6, 2024, for $15,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Zientarski misrepresented a variable annuity as a liquid savings investment during the time that Zientarski was associated with Planmember Securities Corporation.
