Christopher Michael Connolly, of Houston, Texas, a registered representative formerly associated with Planmember Securities Corporation, has been named in a customer initiated investment related civil action on February 6, 2017, in which the customer requested $250,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Connolly failed to inform the customer about costs pertaining to the customer’s life insurance policies.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that on December 9, 2015, Schaefer Construction filed an investment related civil action involving Connolly’s conduct, based upon allegations that Connolly failed to inform the customer regarding the costs on insurance products. Subsequently, on January 24, 2017, another customer filed an investment related civil action regarding Connolly’s activities, based upon allegations of a charge back having been effected from the surrender of the customer’s insurance policies.
Connolly’s registration with Planmember Securities Corporation ended on April 7, 2016. Since May 3, 2016, he has been registered with Horace Mann Investors, Inc.
