Peter Werner David of Waukesha Wisconsin a stockbroker formerly registered with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer requested $281,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that they were placed into an unsuitable equity fund by David while he was registered with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-01508 (June 14, 2021).

This is not the first time that David has been accused of sales practice violations by a customer of a securities broker dealer. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that on April 26, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving David’s activities at Woodbury Financial Services. The customer sought compensatory damages founded on allegations of David selling them an unsuitable variable universal life insurance policy.

David was registered with Woodbury Financial Services between February 23, 2009, and July 18, 2018.
