Perry Davis Stalvey of Bloomington Illinois a stockbroker formerly registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. was discharged on February 6, 2018 based upon the firm’s allegations that Stalvey misused money that was provided to him by a customer of the firm pertaining to an investment transaction.
FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Stalvey is also subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action brought in the Horry County, South Carolina Court in which the customer requested $67,499.69 in damages supported by accusations that Stalvey removed funds from the customer’s possession without the customer’ authorization, and misinformed the customer about the nature of the customer’s investments.
