Nordo M. Nissi of Boston Massachusetts a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management has been terminated on April 9, 2018 supported by accusations that Nissi neglected to inform the firm about his involvement with an investment advisor and failed to procure the firm’s approval.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Nissi is referenced in three customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his misconduct while employed by Wachovia Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Specifically, on December 3, 2004, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Nissi’s conduct was settled to resolve accusations that Nissi sold stocks from the customer’s equity portfolio that the customer instructed him not to sell.

On August 25, 2009, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Nissi’s conduct where the customer sought $12,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nissi placed unauthorized closed-end fund and equity trades in the customer’s account. Then, on April 23, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Nissi’s activities in which the customer alleged to have been placed in a variable annuity that was inappropriate for the customer.

Since May 16, 2018, Nissi has been employed by M.S. Howells & Co.
