Eugene Henry Freund of New York New York a stockbroker formerly registered with RBC Capital Markets LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested $500,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that the customer was placed in unsuitable municipal bonds between 2001 and 2016. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-00155 (Jan. 29, 2018).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on March 15, 2000, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Freund’s activities where the customer sought $28,836.92 in damages based upon allegations that the customer was not provided information about the risks of equity investments executed in the customer’s account while Freund was associated with Tucker Anthony Incorporated.
