Neil Kevin Klein of White Plans New York a stockbroker currently registered with UBS Financial Services Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested between $200,000 and $500,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that trades placed by the stockbroker were unsuitable which resulted in unwarranted losses and tax consequences to the customer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-02590 (Aug. 30, 2019).
FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Klein has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing accusations of his misconduct during the time that he was associated with securities broker dealers including Advest Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. Specifically, Klein is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim which was settled for $9,990.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s account was churned; unauthorized transactions were executed; and investments were not suitable for the customer while Klein was associated with Advest Inc.
Another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Klein’s activities where the customer sought $13,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that when Klein was employed by UBS Financial Services Inc., investment instructions failed to be followed by the stockbroker as it pertained to the sale of stocks from the customer’s investment account.
