Francisco Jose Faraco, of New York, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley, was fired from employment on February 1, 2017, based upon allegations of his misconduct relating to customer account documentation that contained unauthorized alterations and signatures.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on September 8, 2016, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving Faraco’s conduct, in which the customer requested $10,000,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that Faraco effected unsuitable and unauthorized foreign bond and structured investment transactions in the customer’s account.
