Michael Gregory Culwell (also known as Mike Culwell), of Irvine, California, a stockbroker registered with Emerson Equity LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $444,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Culwell made misrepresentations of material fact and made unsuitable investment recommendations when Culwell was associated with Emerson Equity LLC.
