Connie Jo Binz, of Bryant, Arkansas, a stockbroker formerly registered with MSI Financial Services, Inc., has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on June 17, 2016, in which the customer requested approximately $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Binz misstated information to the customer in the course of effecting variable annuity purchases.

This is not the first time that Binz has been accused of wrongdoing from a customer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on September 23, 2003, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Binz’s conduct, in which the customer requested $29,674.24 in damages based upon allegations that he induced the customer’s variable life insurance policy purchase by making blatant misrepresentations. Additionally, on March 6, 2009, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Binz’s activities, based upon allegations that he facilitated the purchase of a variable annuity product despite having failed to include a guaranteed income rider that the customer requested.

Since March 25, 2017, Binz has been registered with MML Investor Services, LLC.
