Rael Linder, of New York, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with AXA Advisors, LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 17, 2017, based upon allegations that he effected a life insurance policy that was not suitable for the customer.

This is not the first time that Linder was accused of selling unsuitable securities. Particularly, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on July 3, 2014, another customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Linder’s conduct based upon allegations that Linder sold the customer an unsuitable variable life policy considering the customer’s financial status.
