Maury Edward Lomax of Mobile, Alabama, a stockbroker registered with Morgan Stanley, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $1,000,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Lomax’s investment strategy was not in the customer’s best interest during the time that Lomax was associated with Morgan Stanley. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01789 (June 21, 2023).
This is not the first time that Lomax has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Lomax’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Lomax is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on April 2, 2009, in which the customer requested $158,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Lomax misled the customer concerning risks of stocks when Lomax was associated with Morgan Stanley. This complaint was denied by the securities broker dealer.
Lomax has been associated with Morgan Stanley as both a stockbroker and investment advisor representative since June 1, 2009.
