Mark John Evans of Mount Laurel New Jersey a stockbroker currently registered with RBC Capital Markets LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on April 13, 2017 where the customer sought damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 based upon allegations that the customer was placed in an annuity that did not conform to the customer’s instructions and which failed to provide the customer with a guaranteed income stream.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on October 5, 2015, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Evans’ conduct was settled for $45,843.73 in damages supported by accusations that while Evans was associated with RBC Capital Markets LLC, he failed to adequately inform the customer about the terms and conditions of a variable annuity at the time that it had been sold to the customer.
Evans has been employed by RBC Capital Markets LLC since October 28, 2005.
