On September 10, 2021, a securities arbitration claim involving Pahmer’s conduct was settled for $295,000.00 in damages based upon alleged breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitable recommendations, and misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of real estate securities. Pahmer is also referenced in a securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $300,000.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable advice and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with the sale of illiquid and risky real estate securities and direct investments.
