Kevin Paul Lemmon of Baton Rouge Louisiana a stockbroker currently registered with Bankers Life Securities Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 18, 2017 where the customer sought compensatory damages supported by accusations that Lemmon effected the unauthorized purchase of a fixed annuity.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on December 1, 2014, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Lemmon’s conduct was settled for $160,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that while Lemmon was associated with ProEquities Inc., Lemmon poorly advised the customer in regards to the sale of the customer’s equity holdings and purchase of equity-index annuities and life insurance policies.
