Joseph Francis Valdini of Melville New York a stockbroker formerly registered with Worden Capital Management is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $1,277,631.00 in damages founded on allegations of misrepresentation and churning of stocks and over-the-counter equities by Valdini when he was employed by Worden Capital Management. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-01931 (August 9, 2021). According to the claim, between September of 2015 and September of 2019, unsuitable transactions were effected by Valdini. The claim also alleges that Valdini breached a fiduciary duty. The customer was allegedly defrauded.

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Valdini has been identified in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his wrongdoing when he was registered with Worden Capital Management. Valdini is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was settled for $28,125.60 in damages supported by allegations of unauthorized trading of stock by Valdini when he was registered with Worden Capital Management. The claim alleges that the customer suffered losses after a margin call.

A different customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Valdini’s activities was settled for $79,000.00 in damages based upon accusations including breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty by Valdini regarding over-the-counter equities and stocks trades. FINRA Arbitration No. 16-00216 (March 21, 2016). The claim alleges violation of New Jersey Uniform Securities Law as it pertained to those contracts. According to the claim, Valdini’s negligence resulted in losses in the customer’s Worden Capital Management account.

Valdini is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $1,000,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of misrepresentations and omissions of information pertaining to equity trades at Worden Capital Management. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-00526 (February 14, 2020). According to the claim, the securities broker dealer breached a contract and fiduciary duty. The customer was allegedly defrauded. The claim also alleges the violation of NY Consumer Protection Act. Accusations additionally include excessive trading and churning.

Valdini has been barred from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity supported by allegations that he failed to respond to the regulator’s request for information. Case No. 2017052731101 (December 18, 2017).

Valdini was discharged by Worden Capital Management for unauthorized trading. He was also registered with Aegis Capital Corp from February 2, 2016, to May 15, 2017.
