Jorge Menendez of Miami, Florida, a stockbroker registered with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $800,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Menendez overconcentrated the customer’s account in structured notes during the time that Menendez was associated with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03505 (December 11, 2023).
FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Menendez was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on October 2, 2014, for $49,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Menendez made omissions and misrepresentations of material fact and made the unsuitable investment recommendation of unit investment trusts when Menendez was associated with BB&T Investment Services Inc.
Menendez has been associated with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in Miami, Florida since November 22, 2013.
