RBC Capital Investment Fund Lawyers

John Peter Micera, of Florham Park, New Jersey, a stockbroker registered with RBC Capital Markets LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim filed on April 9, 2024. The customer requested $2,275,000.00 in damages, based on allegations of unsuitable recommendations in high-commission, illiquid, and risky structured notes while Micera was associated with RBC Capital Markets LLC. This case is currently awaiting a resolution. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00534.

According to FINRA Public Disclosure, in a previous customer initiated investment related dispute, filed on May 20, 2004, Micera was accused of making unsuitable recommendations in unit investment trusts, mutual funds, and equities, resulting in losses in the customers’ accounts. On July 19, 2004, RBC Dain Rauscher denied the customer’s complaint.

Micera has been associated with RBC Capital Markets LLC as a stockbroker since March 9, 2002, and as an investment advisor representative since April 29, 2002.
