John Blair Knoth of Carlsbad California a stockbroker formerly employed by Morgan Stanley is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on August 22, 2018 where the customer sought unspecified damages based upon accusations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning commissions charged on options trades placed in the customer’s investment account between July and August of 2016.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that Knoth has been terminated from previous brokerage firm employer, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. during the time that he was suspended by the firm for failing to disclose an outside business activity.
Knoth’s registration with Morgan Stanley has been terminated as of August 9, 2018. Since September 13, 2018, Knoth has been associated with Wedbush Securities Inc.
