Jimmy Yang Driggers (also known as James Yang Driggers and as Jim Driggers) of Sarasota Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer requested $200,000.00 in damages supported by allegations of Driggers’ unsuitable trading or recommendations of alternative investments including hedge funds between August of 2016 and July of 2020 during the time that he was registered with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-02743 (August 24, 2020).

Driggers has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding accusations of his harmful actions while he was associated with Morgan Stanley. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Driggers is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $207,000.00 in damages based on allegations of unsuitable and misrepresented structured product sales by Driggers when he was associated with UBS Financial Services.

On November 22, 2016, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Driggers’ conduct in which they sought $64,000.00 in damages founded upon accusations that they had been placed into unsuitable corporate bonds by Driggers at Morgan Stanley.

Driggers was registered with Morgan Stanley between June 1, 2009, and May 18, 2021.
