Jessica Wasserman Hall (also known as Jessica A. Wasserman), of Houston, Texas, a stockbroker registered with BBVA Securities Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on August 17, 2020, in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hall made an unsuitable recommendation concerning index annuities when Hall was associated with BBVA Securities Inc.
This is not the first time that Hall has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Hall’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Hall was also referenced in a complaint filed on October 30, 2018, in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hall made unsuitable recommendations of fixed index annuities when Hall was associated with BBVA Securities Inc.
Hall was associated with BBVA Securities Inc. in Hoover, AL, as a stockbroker from May of 2013 to July of 2021, and was associated with PNC Managed Account Solutions Inc. in Houston, TX, as an investment advisor representative from October of 2010 to July of 2021.
Hall has been associated with Raymond James Associates Inc. in Birmingham, AL, as a stockbroker since July 26, 2021, and as an investment advisor representative since July 26, 2021.
