Jerry Dale Kiefer, of Edmond, Oklahoma, a stockbroker registered with Equitable Advisors LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $99,000.00 in damages based upon the alleged unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities or REITs during the time that Kiefer was associated with Equitable Advisors LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00604 (March 18, 2024).
Kiefer has been referenced in two other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Kiefer’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Kiefer was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related civil action that was settled for $165,000.00 in damages based upon alleged misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of life insurance when Kiefer was associated with AXA Advisors. Civil Action No. CJ-2011-6424 (March 31, 2014).
On January 3, 2024, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Kiefer’s conduct in which the customer requested damages based upon alleged misrepresentations of material fact when Kiefer was associated with Equitable Advisors LLC. The complaint was denied.
Kiefer has been associated with Equitable Advisors LLC in Edmond, Oklahoma since June 2, 2006, as both a stockbroker and investment advisor representative.
