James David Armer of Albuquerque New Mexico a stockbroker formerly registered with BBVA Securities Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 7, 2018 where the customer sought damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 based upon allegations that while associated with BBVA Securities Inc. Armer failed to inform the customer about the volatility and market fluctuation in sub-accounts of a variable annuity sold to the customer in February 2017.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on August 12, 2015, Armer was terminated from prior brokerage firm employer, Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC based upon Wells Fargo’s accusations that Armer made false or unsubstantiated entries in the firms systems in regard to credits having been received on branch deposits in accounts that Armer personally owned.
