Jack W. Yvars of Concord, New Hampshire, a stockbroker registered with Osaic Wealth Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $104,624.00 in damages based upon allegations that Yvars made the unsuitable investment recommendation of certain mutual funds when Yvars was associated with Osaic Wealth Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03339 (November 20, 2023).
This is not the first time that Yvars has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Yvars’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Yvars is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $250,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Yvars made unsuitable recommendations in mutual funds during the period that Yvars was associated with Royal Alliance Associates Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01037 (April 18, 2023).
Yvars was associated with Signator Investors Inc. in Concord, New Hampshire from June 22, 2016, to November 2, 2018. He has been associated with Osaic Wealth Inc. in Concord, New Hampshire since November 2, 2018.
