Anthony Vultaggio Jr., of East Meadow, New York, a stockbroker registered with American Capital Partners LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $375,000.00 in damages resulting from the customer’s purchase of private placements during the time that Vultaggio was associated with American Capital Partners LLC. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-01042 (December 20, 2021).

Vultaggio has been barred from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity because Vultaggio failed to testify during the time that FINRA investigated him for possible violations of FINRA rules. Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent No. 2017054945301 (September 11, 2017).

According to the AWC, on July 24, 2017, FINRA sent Vultaggio a request to appear for testimony concerning the possible undisclosed offering of securities through an undisclosed outside business by Vultaggio during the time that he was associated with American Capital Partners LLC. On July 27, 2017, Vultaggio indicated to FINRA that he had received the request to appear for testimony but would not appear at any time. Therefore, Vultaggio violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 8210.

This is not the first time that Vultaggio has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Vultaggio’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Vultaggio was also referenced in a FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $99,500.00 in damages resulting from the customer’s private placement purchase when Vultaggio was associated with American Capital Partners LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-02392 (January 28, 2021).

 

Vultaggio was associated with American Capital Partners LLC in East Meadow, NY, as a stockbroker from July of 2007 to March of 2017.
