Further, Franse has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on May 5, 2017, where the customer requested $22,300.00 in damages based upon allegations that Franse effected a stock transaction in the customer’s account without the customer’s consent, causing the customer to sustain investment losses.

Since April 13, 2017, Franse has been associated with Sandlapper Securities, LLC.
