Howard Hao-Chung Hsieh (also known as Hao-Chung Howard Hsieh), of Irvine, California, a stockbroker registered with Cetera Investment Services LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Hsieh made unsuitable recommendations of real estate securities when Hsieh was associated with Cetera Investment Services LLC. On October 8, 2021, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Hsieh’s conduct in which the customer requested $750,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hsieh made unsuitable recommendations of real estate securities. On November 24, 2021, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Hsieh’s conduct was settled for $450,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hsieh made unsuitable recommendations of REITs.

On December 8, 2022, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Hsieh’s conduct in which the customer requested $300,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hsieh made unsuitable recommendations of real estate securities.
