Herbert C. White of Greenwood Village, Colorado, a stockbroker registered with Woodbury Financial Services Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $50,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that White made omissions of material fact and the unsuitable investment recommendation of direct investments and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) during the time that White was associated with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03601 (December 20, 2023).
FINRA Public Disclosure shows that White is referenced in four other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning White’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. On January 13, 2017, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving White’s conduct in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that White failed to supervise a representative in connection with the sale of life insurance products when White was associated with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. This complaint was closed with no further action taken by the customer.
On March 18, 2019, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving White’s conduct in which the customer requested $82,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that White made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of variable annuities. The securities broker dealer denied this complaint.
White was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on August 10, 2020, in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that White made unsuitable recommendations and made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the customer’s purchase of real estate securities during the time that White was associated with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. This complaint was denied.
