Gregory Dehrmann Miseyko of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker associated with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled on January 14, 2019 to resolve accusations that the customer’s assets were placed in inappropriate investments within the customer’s managed accounts.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that on February 1, 2013, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Miseyko’s activities in which the customer requested $17,342.00 in damages based upon allegations that while Miseyko was associated with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated, the customer’s assets had been misappropriated or stolen from the customer’s account.
Miseyko has been employed by Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated since December 2, 2008.
