Investment Trust Misconduct

Gale Ann Brodie (also known as Gale Ann Jenckes) of Sacramento California a stockbroker registered with Waddell Reed Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on June 1, 2018 in which the customer requested $57,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer was placed into unit investment trust products containing risks beyond that which the customer intended on taking.

This is not the first time that Brodie has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning accusations of the stockbroker’s misconduct in the securities industry.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Brodie is referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint where the customer sought unspecified damages founded on accusations that trades were not suitable for the customer and that misrepresentations were made by the stockbroker in reference to the variable annuities that she sold when employed by MetLife Securities Inc.

Brodie’s registration with Waddell Reed has been terminated as of October 12, 2017.
