Shannon Christopher Taylor, of Durham, North Carolina, a stockbroker formerly registered with Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC, was fired on April 27, 2017, founded on allegations that trades failed to be executed by Taylor as required, and the firm’s departmental protocol was violated as a result of Taylor’s failure to accurately report his communications with customers within the firm’s customer tracking devices.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that on October 20, 2017, a customer initiated investment related written complaint involving Taylor’s conduct was settled for $14,300.00 in damages based upon allegations that Taylor failed to execute the customer’s investment orders in a timely manner.
Taylor has been associated with BB&T Investment Services, Inc. since June 6, 2017.
